The cost is dependent on a couple things, travel distance, power availability, and date.

We do not have a limited radius, that said we are based in Edina and the distance traveled is calculated into the price.

Before the movie you can play video or slideshow advertising on the screen.  The sun does limit the amount of time that these ads can run, depending on movie start time you can get about 20-30 mins of running ads.  You can also play audio ads before the movie which aren't limited by the sun.  Finally we also offer poster advertising, the screen has mounting points which allow posters to hung.  For more information on advertising send us an email or give us a call.

Often advertising alone is more than enough to cover our costs.  We accept all normal payment methods.

We leave the weather up to you, it is up to you to call the event due to weather 24 before the movie is scheduled to start.  If you do not and there is unfortunately bad weather we will continue with the event as long as our equipment is safe.  However should weather prevent us you will still be responsible for the full cost.

If you call the event due to weather before the 24 hour cut off we will allow you to reschedule for another available date without losing your deposit.

If you have a large indoor space that you would like to use as an incase of rain location you still must make the decision to shift locations 24 hours in advance.

As mentioned before the system can be moved indoors in the event of weather or as a primary location.  However the screen stands about 2 stories tall and can usually only fit in large gymnasiums.  Before planning on an indoor location we recommend consulting with us.

Our primary inflatable screen is 31' diagonally and takes up a 40' x 20' space on the ground standing about 2 stories tall (see photos for reference).  We do also offer smaller non-inflatable screens for backyard movies, ranging in size from 8' to 20'.

The sound system we use is a top of the line JBL VRX, QSC KW and QSC K Series sound systems which bring the movie theater sound outdoors packing over 5000 watts of industry leading sound.  The system includes music playback before the movie starts, as well as a wireless microphone for making announcements.

We do not provide movies, we can help you obtain the movie and the rights to screen it.  Unless it is a private event on your own property chances are you will need to get a license.  We can play DVDs or digital files making almost any movie possible.

Yes, our smaller screens make for great party screens making the action bigger with epic sound.  While we don't provide video games/systems we provide screens and sound systems for outdoor events big and small.  For more possibilities and information feel free to contact us.
